MergerGod is built so a PE or corporate development team can trust it with a live deal. Here is how your data is handled, isolated, and protected.
Every deal lives in its own walled space. You only see the deals you’re a member of, enforced on every record, not just in the interface. Firm-wide single-tenant isolation is available on Enterprise.
Documents are encrypted on the way in and while stored. Files are reached only through short-lived signed links, never a public URL.
Your documents are processed to run your diligence and nothing else. They are never used to train any AI model, ours or the provider’s.
Permissions are scoped by role and by deal. The right people see the deal, no one else does, and you can remove access in one click.
Delete a deal and everything goes with it: the files, the extracted text, the embeddings. Your data leaves when you say so.
Runs on SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure, inherited from our providers. We do not roll our own encryption or our own data centers.
For larger or regulated teams, MergerGod runs as a single-tenant or private-cloud instance, fully isolated to your firm, with a security review to match.
MergerGod does the work and makes the recommendation. It never executes a decision on its own. A person approves every consequential action, by design, not a setting you can switch off.
Nothing is asserted without provenance. Each finding traces to the document, the exact passage, and the thesis pillar behind it, so it holds up in front of an IC.
A second, independent model re-reads every finding against the same evidence. Where the two disagree, it routes to you instead of being smoothed over.
We will walk your team through the architecture and share our data-processing terms. Bring your questions.
