What counts as an active deal?
One acquisition you are running on MergerGod, from the moment you set the thesis through integration. When a deal closes out or you pause it, it stops counting.
What is a credit, really?
Our unit for the heavy AI work. Roughly one deep document analysis. Reading findings and asking everyday questions stay light, so a normal deal fits inside what your plan includes.
What happens if I run low mid-deal?
You get a heads-up well before you run out, and you can add a pack in seconds. Paid plans are never hard-stopped during live diligence.
Why no per-seat pricing?
Deals are team sports. Charging per seat punishes you for bringing in the people who should see the deal. Your whole team is always included.
Is my data used to train a model?
Never. Not ours, not a provider's. Deals are isolated per customer, and deleting a deal purges its documents and everything derived from them.
